Support with the campaign platform

The Government Digital Service (GDS) offers support with the campaign platform, including:

• using the campaign platform (WordPress)
• setting up redirected urls to your site 
• reviewing requests for new plug-ins and features
• responds to technical errors

Support with your campaign

The Government Communications Service (GCS central team) offers support with your campaign, including:

• reviewing your original application, and approving/declining it
• show you how to use the platform, and it’s various features
• reviewing your final campaign site before it goes live 
• making your site live
• update your site’s name (title) and description
