Manage your pages
What is a page?
Each page on the campaign platform is a page your user will see on the website (once published). Each page should have a separate theme to keep your content simple and easy to navigate for users.
As a campaign manager you may want to create, edit or remove pages. You can publish pages or keep them in draft to allow for edits.
Create a new page
To create a new page:
- In the left sidebar click ‘Pages’.
- Next to Pages click ‘Add New’.
- The page editing window will open (so you can create content for your site).
- Click ‘Add title’ and add the title for your page (this will become the url).
- If you want to change the url, under the ‘Page’ tab on the right, click next to URL. Change the text and press ‘return’.
- If this is a subsection you may want to set subpage navigation (hierarchy).
- Click ‘Save draft’ or ‘Publish’.
Once you have published your page you can see it in the Pages tab of the dashboard (click ‘Pages’ in the left sidebar).

Publish a page
The effect of clicking ‘Publish’ changes depending on if your site has been made live. GCS makes the site live after it has passed their review process.
If your not site is live
If GCS have not made your site live, your pages will not be visible to the public even if you click ‘Publish’ in the page editor.
If your site is live
If GCS has made your site live, then clicking ‘Publish’ in the page editor means the url will be accessible to the public.
In this situation you should work with a draft page (or edits) until you are ready to make them live. To make a draft of a new or existing page:
- In the left sidebar click ‘Pages’.
- Find the page you want (you may need to click the arrows at the top of the page).
- Hover over the page you want to edit and click ‘Edit’.
- Edit the content of your page.
- Click ‘Save draft’.
When you are ready to publish your page, edit your page again and click ‘Publish’.
